A Board of Directors governs TWRC. The Board consists of eight positions, including the Operations Director. All Board members are volunteers and have been elected by a simple majority of the voting members with the exception of Operations Director who is employed by TWRC.

The Board meets monthly and is directly responsible for all aspects of the Center. Any decisions made are subject to any restrictions imposed by state and federal law and by by-laws written by the organization. Each voting member of the Board has one vote in matters decided by the Board.
